The CSI engine, end to end
CSI is built as a homeostat — a self-regulating intelligence pipeline that turns the non-stationary world into a single, governed reading. It compresses on the order of ten thousand weekly signals into one executive read, delivered in under thirty minutes a week.
Built as a homeostat
Most monitoring systems are static: a fixed list of sources, polled on a schedule. CSI is built differently — as a control loop that regulates its own observation. Each cycle it diagnoses how completely each of its ten variables has actually been observed, then concentrates effort where coverage is thin and knows when it has seen enough. Sources earn or lose standing on how they actually perform, not on volume. The effect is a system that keeps itself calibrated as the world moves, rather than quietly overfitting to the last crisis.
The loop is human-governed throughout. Automated tooling gathers and proposes evidence, but it never sets scores, never approves its own sources, and never publishes — the machine proposes, a person disposes, and the framework stays human-owned.
Built for executive time compression
The pipeline exists to give a decision-maker back their time. On the order of ten thousand raw inputs a week — messages, filings, data, reporting — are organised into a few hundred corroborated developments, distilled to ten variables and a single index with its Consensus Gap and regime band, and delivered as one reviewed reading. What would take a research desk days to assemble becomes a standing read an operator can govern in under thirty minutes a week.
Compression never runs unsupervised. Every published reading is assembled from defined indicators, supported by reviewed evidence, and released by a person — then held immutable.
